Eco Club
Most young people care deeply about environmental issues and wish to make a positive change in the environment around them. The Eco-Club provides an ideal way for fostering environmental awareness in the entire school in a way that links to many curriculum subjects. The primary aim of the Eco-Club programme is to educate and empower young people to make positive decisions and become change makers for an environmentally sustainable world.
Eco Club runs all year round our eco committee plan meetings, draw up plans and tell the rest of the school how they can help. In the spring/ summer terms we usually meet after school to tidy our school grounds, plant in our polytunnel, look after our wildlife and recycle.
Joining the club is a great way to get involved and enjoy the outdoors.
